14-day refunds
If you're not happy with a paid plan, ask within 14 days of any payment, first purchase or renewal, and we'll refund that payment in full. No reason needed.
How to ask
- Card and international payments: reply to your Paddle receipt, or use the link in it, or email . Paddle is our Merchant of Record and issues the refund to your original payment method.
- Bank transfers in Vietnam: email with your account email and the transfer reference. We refund to the account you paid from.
Refunds usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
After a refund
Your account returns to the Free plan. Projects stay yours; anything beyond the Free plan's limits is kept but can't be extended until you upgrade again. Exports you've already made are yours to keep.
Cancelling
You can cancel a subscription at any time. After 14 days a payment isn't refunded, but you keep the paid plan until the end of the period you paid for and aren't charged again.
When we may refuse
We may refuse refunds that look like abuse of this policy, such as repeated buy-and-refund cycles. The Free plan (5 exports) costs nothing and has nothing to refund.
