The service
Drino Shots ("the service") is a web app for designing App Store and Google Play screenshots and store art. It is run by an individual, based in Vietnam ("we", "us"). By using the service you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.
Your account
You can design without an account. Exporting, AI features and saving projects to your account need you to sign in with Google or GitHub.
Keep access to your sign-in account secure; what happens under your account is your responsibility. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent where you live, to create an account.
Plans and payment
The Free plan costs nothing and has the limits shown on the pricing page. Basic ($4 a month) and Pro ($9 a month) are paid subscriptions; prices in đồng are shown for payments in Vietnam.
Card and international payments are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record: Paddle sells the subscription to you, handles billing, invoices and sales tax, and its own buyer terms apply to the purchase. Payments in Vietnam by bank transfer are handled by our Vietnamese payment provider and cover a prepaid period.
Card subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel; you can cancel at any time and keep the paid plan until the period ends. Prepaid periods paid by bank transfer don't renew by themselves. Either way, when a paid period ends without renewal the account returns to Free. Refunds are covered by the Refund Policy.
We may change prices or plan limits. Changes to a paid plan's price apply from your next renewal, and we'll tell you before they do.
Your content
Your screenshots, text, uploaded images and fonts stay yours. You give us permission to store, process and display them only as needed to run the service for you: saving your projects, rendering previews and exports, and sending them to the AI when you ask for captions or translations.
You confirm you have the rights to what you upload, and that it doesn't break the law or anyone else's rights.
AI features
AI captions and translations are suggestions. They can be wrong, and you are responsible for checking them before publishing, including against the App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play's policies.
AI requests are limited per plan, as shown on the pricing page.
Templates, photos and other assets
You may use the templates, frames and designs in the service to make store listings and promotional images for your own or your clients' apps. You may not resell or redistribute the templates themselves, or offer them in a competing product.
Stock photos come from Unsplash under the Unsplash License. 3D emoji are Microsoft's Fluent Emoji under the MIT license. Device frames are drawings and renders made for this service; Apple, iPhone, iPad and Android are trademarks of their owners, and the service isn't affiliated with them.
Acceptable use
Don't use the service to make misleading or unlawful content, to infringe others' rights, to get around plan limits, or to disrupt or attack the service. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running but don't promise it will always be available or free of errors. Projects saved only in your browser can be lost if the browser's data is cleared, so keep backups. We may change, add or remove features; if we discontinue a paid feature, we'll offer a prorated refund for the time you've paid for and can't use.
Ending the agreement
You can stop using the service and delete your projects at any time; email us to delete your account. We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms, with notice where reasonable.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost profits or a rejected store submission, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that can't be limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; we'll post the new version here and, for significant changes, tell signed-in users before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
