Questions about plans
Do I need an account?
Only to export and to use AI, so usage can be counted. Designing works without one, and your projects stay in your browser either way.
How do exports work on Free?
You get 5 exports in total, each with up to 5 images in every language you add (so 2 languages give you 10), at any size and with no watermark. Store art (the Google Play feature graphic, the App Store product page header and search result image) exports with Basic and Pro.
What counts as an AI request?
Each time the AI writes captions for a project, or translates or suggests captions in another language. The number of images doesn't matter. Allowances reset on the 1st of each month.
What if I already have more projects than my plan holds?
They stay, and you can keep opening and editing them. Starting another one needs room in your plan, so delete one or upgrade.
How can I pay?
In Vietnam, by bank transfer or VietQR, for 1 or 12 months at a time; the plan starts as soon as the payment arrives. Card payments in other currencies are coming soon. The Free plan has no time limit.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Bank transfer payments cover 1 or 12 months and don't renew by themselves, so there's nothing to cancel; your projects stay yours afterwards.
What happens to Pro designs if I stop paying?
Exports you've made are yours to keep. Opening a Pro template or a turned 3D frame again needs Pro.
